Before hitting the roads, we will make three stops, first to visit the Crazy house, a pinturesque hotel-museum in Dalat, then to see the old railway station of the city and finally to enjoy the architecture of the french village. Then we start our first day driving along the mountain paths, stopping along the way to visit local workshops such as a mushroom farm, silk factory, weasel coffee, ricewine, cricket farms... The Happy Buddha also awaits us with his big smile. After a mouth-watering lunch, we will drive along the Jungle way stopping over to see coffee plantations and the beautiful Elephant fall. From there, we drive directly to Lak Lake passing along some minority villages and staying overnight with a local family in a M’nong hill tribe typical longhouse.
In the morning, you will be able to take an elephant ride crossing the lake. From there, we jump to the bikes again direction Buon Ma Thout. On the road we will stop to see the local market, brick factory, rice paddy and to take a bath on the fairy pool, next to the Dray Sap waterfall. After, we keep riding along the beautiful landscape stopping to see the noddle village, the incense stick factory and finally arriving to Buon Ma Thuot, where we spend the night.
This day we will spend in between history and local trades, as we will visit the political prison and the war memorial on one side, and the coffee and minorities museums and the black pepper, mushroom and cashew nut farms on the other.
On our way to the orphanage, where we will visit the kids living there and understand the realities and procedence of the orphans of the area, we will stop to visit the local market, the rubber plantation, the sea lake and the tea plantation. After the orphanage visit, we will stop to see the house of the Rong minority, an impressive construction only present in that particular area.
We keep driving north on our way to Kham Duc. The daily visits will include the tapioca factory, the battlefield where the Dak To battle took place, and the war cementory monument. We will also stop to see the Indochina intersection, finally stopping to take a bath with the locals next to the waterfall.
On our final day we will pay a visit to the My Son Sanctuary (UNESCO World Heritage Centre) and give our lasts respects to the Ho Chi Minh road as we arriv to Hoi An.
